Bengal Shristi Infrastructure Development Limited is an Infrastructure Development Company, promoted jointly by Asansol Durgapur Development Authority (ADDA), Govt. of West Bengal and Shristi Infrastructure Development Corporation Ltd (Shristi), in line with the approved Government model for Public Private Partnership.

Bengal Shristi has taken the initiative, utilizing the resources of Asansol Durgapur Development Authority and that of Shristi to create quality infrastructure in South Bengal. The region is now witnessing a rapid pace of urbanization with ever growing demand for planned housing and quality-urbanized environment. Planned urban development in the Asansol Durgapur region being the focused area, Bengal Shristi has been playing the key role since inception.

Be it a Shopping Mall, a Highway Hub, a Lifestyle Apartment or an Integrated Township, Bengal Shristi has been able to prove its expertise. The major milestones include Durgapur City Centre: Launched in 2001, Shristinagar – The New Asansol: Launched in 2005 and Raniganj Square – The Highway Hub: Launched in 2006. Bengal Shristi has been in the continuous process of redefining the image of the region into a multi-faceted region, with a focus on Infrastructure, SEZ, Integrated Townships, Mixed Use Developments and other diversified projects.


Shristi Hotel Private Ltd (SHPL) was formed with specific intent of creating a hospitality enterprise in sync with the requirements of the tourism & hospitality in the Indian Sub-continent. The strategy of Shristi Hotel Private Ltd. aims to develop a contemporary hospitality & lifestyle enterprise to explore relationships that combine the variables of traditional lifestyle based on ´Vedic Wisdom and Philosophy’ in harmony with ‘Environment-friendly practices’. SHPL envisions promoting the integral ‘Cultural and Traditional Hospitality’ styles of various Indian regions across the country at a global level.


TSCCF Shristi Infrastructure Development Ltd is a joint venture between Tripura State Cooperative Consumer Federation (TSCCF), Government of Tripura and Shristi Infrastructure Development Limited.

Under this partnership, a mega-complex commercial and cultural complex has been developed in Agartala- Aitorma Agartala Sentrum. The complex is designed to have all modern facilities required for an up-market business and fulfills the requirement of good quality commercial as well as cultural complex. Anchor store, branded retail shops, food court, well planned layout, structured commercial area with office spaces and business centre with modern facilities, modern interiors and adequate basement parking facilities offer a unique balance of utility, convenience and lifestyle.


Kanchan Janga Integrated Infrastructure Development Pvt. Ltd. is a joint venture with West Bengal Industrial Infrastructure Development Corporation Ltd. The Company is developing an Integrated Industrial Park at Fatapukur, Siliguri comprising of an Industrial zone, Social Infrastructure and related facilities for the development of the Industrial Park. It is the first of its kind industrial hub in India. The mega integrated hub will comprise of an industrial zone, IT Park, Health Care, Educational facilities, Residential Complexes, Commercial Centers and Sports & Recreational activities.Total Build Up Area is 3 Million sq feet. Total Land Area is 124.5 Acres 62 acres of industry 31 acres Residential/ Commercial/ Social/ Institutional 31 acres Landscaping/ Roads/ Water Bodies.


Suasth Health Care (India) Private Limited (SHCPL) conceptualized by Dr. Sanjeev Kanoria, an internationally famous surgeon. SHCPL proposes to set up a 371 bed super speciality hospital and a centre for liver and multi-organ transplant facility at Kalamboli, Navi Mumbai. Super facility will include Cardiology, Neurology, Cardiac Surgery, Neuro Surgery, Gastroenterology, Orthopedic, Oncology and various other clinical services.

One of the important theme of the hospital will be to introduce the concept of Quality Health Experience while rendering health services. It will seek to amalgamate modern scientific principles of diagnosis and treatment with traditional value system of Indian Medicine. The hospital has been planned to provide all the services under one roof, however, certain speciality are the focus of the hospital.

Shristi Urban Infrastructure Development Limited (SUIDL) is a joint venture company with HUDCO to establish, collaborate and construct through public-private participation and to act as a special purpose vehicle for entering into understanding and joint ventures with carious central and state governments. SUIDL undertakes various works in the field of housing, commercial, social and urban development and transportation.

Housing and Urban Development Corporation Ltd. (HUDCO) was incorporated on April 25, 1970 as a fully owned enterprise of the Government of India. It is one of the few profit making PSU with net worth of more than Rs. 3,550 crore. HUDCO focuses on the social aspect of housing and utility infrastructure provision and preferential allocation of resources to the socially disadvantaged segment of population in the country.


The Company is developing a mixed-use complex comprising shopping, hospitality and entertainment at Udaipur. The complex also includes Serviced Apartments.
