Sr. Executive Purchase – From Real-Estate / Construction Industry with 3- 5 years of Experience ( Kolkata)
JD –
Involve in day to day purchase activities like enquiry floatation , making cost sheets , preparation of PO , release of PO , getting confirmation from vendors about supply , Transport arrangement , supply tracking , GRN processing tracking with stores etc., Working in Close co-ordination with accounts for bill accounting , GST compliance Etc..
AGM – Sales & Marketing ( Residential / Institutional )- From Real-Estate / Construction Industry with 10 – 12 years of Experience.( Shristinagar –Guwahati)

Business Development in B2C and B2B environments with Financial acumen., Experience in identifying and evaluating land related real estate proposals, Familiarity with FSI & IRR Calculations and Joint Development Agreements, Established network of real estate contacts., Excellent presentability, communication, interpersonal skills required., Should have strong customer relationship management skills., Market Analysis skills.
